Trey Wilson
Owner & Operator
Trey founded Zeal Power Washing while studying engineering at Lamar University and later returned to earn his Master’s in Business Administration. What began as a small vision placed on his heart has grown into the company you see today. With a commitment to excellence and integrity, he strives to deliver high-quality service on every project. Trey’s long-term goal is to use his business as a platform to serve others and point people closer to God through his actions and leadership.
Jaylan Brown
Regional Operations Manager
Focused, disciplined, and solutions-driven, Jaylan takes pride in doing things the right way and delivering consistent, high-quality results on every job. As a key part of Zeal Power Washing since the beginning, he played a pivotal role in establishing the company’s footprint in the Beaumont, Texas community and surrounding areas, where he now serves as the focal point for all exterior cleaning and maintenance needs. Jaylan also brings a unique strength in business development, marketing, and credit restoration.
Zeal Power Washing was built on a simple principle—do things the right way, even when no one is watching. It was founded on the belief that where there’s a will, there’s a way. The name “Zeal” reflects the attitude we bring to every job: enthusiasm, energy, and a commitment to excellence. It also serves as a reminder to approach every job with purpose and excellence—“work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord” (Colossians 3:23).
What started as a small vision in Beaumont, Texas has grown into a trusted exterior cleaning company now operating out of Houston and surrounding cities including Sugar Land, Fresno, Katy, and Pearland. While we’ve built a strong footprint in Houston, Beaumont remains a key part of our day-to-day operations.
In the early days, the business was built with very little—just a pressure washer purchased from Lowe’s using the last $300–$400 available, operating out of the back of a 2002 Toyota Corolla for nearly a year. No shortcuts—just a commitment to show up, work hard, and deliver quality results.
As time went on, we upgraded to a minivan, removing the seats and turning it into a more efficient mobile setup that allowed the business to grow and take on more opportunities.
Today, Zeal Power Washing operates with multiple professional-grade rigs, serving homeowners, businesses, and property managers with dependable, high-quality service. While the equipment has grown, the standard has remained the same—discipline, attention to detail, and doing the job right the first time.
Built on consistency, integrity, and accountability, we believe in showing up when we say we will, communicating clearly, and delivering results that last. No excuses. No shortcuts. Just quality work.
